Everyone on some level begins therapy with a sense that something is not right in their lives or they feel stuck. More often than not, this happens because your old coping skills don’t work any longer.

Not to fear, as we can work on this together, I aim to help you develop more understanding and compassion for what you feel is keeping you stuck.

What makes my work unique is that I use my intuition to see things that you may not be aware of and gently bring them to your attention, so you can then notice that you have choices and I help you feel more empowered to make changes.

I help clients sense issues with both mind and body. It is a process of slowing down and attending directly to your bodily felt sense of an issue. When you contact your felt sense of an issue, you can then work with it to release that trapped energy or belief.

I will guide you in a gentle way of sensing how the situation feels in your body—the knot in your stomach or the lump in your throat.
​
Together we can work on you gaining insight into who your authentic self is and aid you to learn how to nurture your unmet needs by various tools & holistic modalities, and in result empowering you to move forward with a more integrated sense of self and confidence.

How it Works
You will first be offered to meet me for an assessment either online or in person to explain why you wish to come to therapy and to see if I am the right fit for you.
​
We will begin therapy by assessing your presenting issues, defining your needs, establishing your goals, and developing a plan for reaching those goals. We get there by talking together about what matters to you and reflecting back to you on what I hear, see, and feel while checking to see if I understand you correctly.
I will be active in this process by asking about your primary family, relationships, and what your true self is looking for. We will talk about behaviour patterns, challenge old beliefs, and build on your sources of strength.
What to Expect
Our work together will be unique as we build a relationship that allows you to tell your story so you can feel more understood and make connections within yourself.

I will teach you the key skill of slowing down to really get to know yourself and help you gain clarity about your feelings. When you slow down, you will learn to be more present with yourself and how you are feeling. As we check, listen to, and discuss these felt senses, you will notice that you will start to trust yourself and become aware of your needs and desires.

You can experience breakthroughs and benefit from therapy immediately. Some of the benefits of therapy include the relief of bodily tension and psychological stress, as well as dramatic and lasting shifts in understanding and insight. These shifts happen spontaneously as you “hit upon” what your body is telling you. You will experience a feeling of release and ease as you move into a space of knowing what is true and right for you.
