My name is Ciara Murray, and I am a qualified and accredited holistic Psychotherapist working with adults and couples. My aim is to help you reframe unhelpful patterns, strengthen your identity, and develop skills to help you confidently move forward.
I understand the importance of taking care of yourself- mind, body, and spirit. I am also a mindfulness practitioner and facilitate self-care workshops.

Individual Therapy
When we experience trauma, and our bodies are not able to do what would have been right at the time, something freezes or gets stuck. It is an energy that gets trapped as a result of the trauma, and therefore, the body carries with it ‘what should have happened.’
My area of advanced training and interests are grounded in working with individuals who have suffered trauma at any stage of their lives. I like to incorporate elements of nature into my therapy sessions if or when it feels right for the client. There’s something about trees and mother nature that we can learn from. Nature knows how to heal itself, and so do we if we allow ourselves to let dead things go and let new things grow!
I believe that we can step into our authentic selves by processing and healing our past traumas, embracing self-love and acceptance. In mending hurts and healing wounds, we can acknowledge our highest self and move forward to shine our light into the world.

Online therapy allows you to connect with yourself and others regardless of where you may be in the world. So whether at home, at work, or abroad, you need not be alone.
Present Tree Therapy service embraces the ethical foundations of Psychotherapy and counselling and the accessibility of online communication to bring you safe, user-friendly online counselling sessions through Zoom.
Couples therapy
When working with couples, I use Emotional focused therapy (EFT) approach. (EFT) is a short-term form of therapy that focuses on adult relationships and attachment/bonding. I, the therapist, and you, the clients, will look at patterns in the relationship and take steps to create a more secure bond and develop more trust to move the relationship in a healthier, more positive direction.
Walk and Talk Therapy
I have dedicated my career to helping others heal inner wounds and flourish using an integrative approach. I offer face-to-face and walk-and-talk sessions in the vibrant forest area nearby, where the fresh aromas and rustling of leaves will naturally bring your attention to the moment, providing you with new energy and stress relief.
